For the beef:
3 to 5 pounds of coned beef
Kosher salt and pepper
For the sauce:
1 cup of peeled garlic cloves

1 cup of oil (grape seed, olive or sunflower oil)
1 teaspoon of chopped drill
1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
